TRAIN: Long Island Railroad from Penn Station to Freeport Station. Exit toward the back of the train onto Henry Street. Walk south a few blocks. As Henry becomes Main, turn left onto East Merrick and walk 2 blocks. The Recreation Center will be on your right.

CAR: Long Island Expressway, Northern State Parkway or Southern State Parkway to Meadowbrook Parkway South. Meadowbrook Parkway South to Exit M9W (Merrick Road West, Freeport). At the 4^th light on Merrick Road, turn left into the Recreation Center parking lot.
